Frequently Asked Questions

What is Inferno Hot Pilates?

Inferno Hot Pilates is a high-intensity, low-impact workout based on Pilates principles, performed in a heated room. It strengthens muscles, improves endurance, and burns fat—all without impact on joints.

How hot is the room?

The room is heated to 95°F for Hot Pilates. The heat helps boost circulation, improve flexibility, and intensify your workout.

How do I sign up for a class?

Just register on our website, then book your class. All classes are beginner-friendly—everyone is welcome!

I’ve never done Hot Pilates before—can I still take a class?

Absolutely! All of our classes are designed for beginners. No experience is needed—just show up, do your best, and have fun. Our instructors are here to guide and support you.

What should I bring to class?

Bring a yoga mat, a towel that covers your mat, and a water bottle. If you forget anything, we have mats, towels, and water available for rent or purchase.

What should I wear to class?

Wear light, breathable workout clothing like a tank top, sports bra, and shorts or leggings—something you’re comfortable sweating in.

When should I arrive?

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early so you have time to check in, set up, and get settled.

Can I eat before class?

Avoid heavy meals within two hours of class. A light snack is fine if needed.

Are there any health restrictions?

Inferno Hot Pilates is not recommended for those with high blood pressure, heart conditions, or who are pregnant. If you’ve had any recent injuries, medical conditions, or are sensitive to heat, please consult your doctor before attending.

Are props used in class?

Most classes are bodyweight only. If props are used, we’ll provide them—no need to bring anything extra.

Is there parking available?

Yes! We offer free parking in the rear of the building. Please use the back lot when visiting the studio.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you book a class directly through our studio and can’t make it, don’t worry! Just remove yourself from the class—we’ll return the session to your account to use later. There are no cancellation or no-show fees for our direct clients. (This does not apply to ClassPass members.)

How often should I take class?

That depends on your goals, but many students come 2–4 times per week to build strength, endurance, and flexibility. Stay consistent and listen to your body!

Can I bring my phone or bag into the hot room?

We ask that all personal belongings—bags, phones, keys, etc.—be stored in the cubbies. Inside the hot studio, you’ll only need your yoga mat, towel, and water bottle.

Can I try a class before committing to the intro special?

We don’t offer free trial classes, but you’re absolutely welcome to purchase and take a single drop-in class at any time. On your next visit, you can then choose to purchase our New Client Intro Special. This offer is available once per person and can be activated anytime through your account.

What if I need to leave the room during class?

Your only job during your first class — and every class — is to stay in the room. Just commit to being present. Take breaks as needed, lay on your mat, and go at your own pace — this is your practice. Please use the restroom before class begins. Leaving the room can be distracting to others and often encourages them to follow, which disrupts the flow and focus of the class.

I booked through ClassPass — can I switch classes, avoid late fees, or get my credits back through you?

We’re so glad you found us through ClassPass! However, ClassPass is a third-party platform, and we don’t have access to your membership details. Any changes to your reservation — including switching classes, avoiding late fees, or credit adjustments — must be handled directly through ClassPass. You can contact their support team via the app or by calling (888) 508-2850.

What happens if I leave something behind at the studio?

No worries — we have a designated lost and found area for items left behind. We hold onto items for one month, and anything unclaimed after that will be donated. If you think you left something, feel free to reach out or check with the front desk at your next visit!

Why can’t I book classes if I’m on an autopay membership?

Autopay members can book one month of classes at a time, based on their billing cycle. For example, if your autopay renews on the 12th of each month, you can book classes from the 12th of that month through the 12th of the following month. Once your next payment processes, you’ll be able to book the next month of classes.

How far in advance can I book classes?

Students with a Three-Month Unlimited Membership can book classes up to 3 months in advance. All other students may have shorter booking windows depending on their membership or class pass.
