Karina’s hot yoga journey began over 20 years ago at Bikram Yoga RVC. Despite struggling in her first class, she felt its transformative power and was instantly hooked. In 2022, she became the owner of Hot Yoga 4 You Rockville Centre—New York’s original hot yoga studio—revitalizing the space and building a thriving community.
By 2024, she introduced Hot Pilates to the studio, and the response was electric. Classes filled up fast, and the demand kept growing. Realizing the lack of accessible mat-based Pilates on Long Island, Karina launched a studio fully dedicated to it.

Lily is the co-owner of Hot Pilates Huntington and a certified Inferno Hot Pilates and Mat Pilates instructor. She completed both trainings in 2025 before turning 17 and brings focus, energy, and empathy to every class.
After recovering from Lyme disease and multiple injuries, Lily discovered how movement could rebuild not just the body, but confidence and clarity. She believes movement is medicine—and her goal is to help others discover what she did: that healing doesn’t mean going backward, but moving forward, stronger and more connected than before.

Carol was introduced to Hot Yoga 4 You RVC more than a decade ago and instantly connected with the practice. Her commitment to the community grew through years of internship and involvement at the studio.
Now a certified Inferno Hot Pilates instructor, Carol is known for her upbeat energy and motivating presence. Her classes are fun, empowering, and designed to challenge students while making them feel strong and supported. She’s currently completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and looks forward to blending that knowledge into her teaching.

Veronica brings a heart-centered approach to every class, blending movement, mindfulness, and breath to help students reconnect with their inner strength. A certified RYT-200 yoga teacher and Mat/Inferno Hot Pilates instructor, she combines Vinyasa, Yin, Yinyasa, and restorative elements for balanced flows suitable for all levels.
With a background in Traditional Chinese Medicine and over a decade as a licensed acupuncturist, she emphasizes balance, body awareness, and holistic wisdom in her teaching.

Lia’s yoga journey began 14 years ago when a friend brought her to her first Bikram class—and she was hooked. The physical and mental challenge quickly became a source of healing, helping her get and stay sober for the past 11 years.
In 2017, she became a certified hot yoga instructor under Yolanda and John Nash. A lifelong runner and wellness enthusiast, Lia credits the practice for supporting her goals on and off the mat. In 2022, she deepened her journey by completing her 500-hour Vinyasa training through My Vinyasa Practice.

Bridget’s movement journey began through competitive Irish step dancing, where she developed discipline and a strong connection to her body. After retiring, she turned to running, which eventually led her to Pilates and she was hooked. The focus on control and precision quickly became a space for both physical and mental growth.
As a certified mat Pilates instructor, Bridget believes in the power of movement as medicine. The practice continues to support her goals on and off the mat, inspiring her to guide others in building strength, confidence, and mental clarity.

Kathryn’s movement journey began as a former athlete, with exercise always playing an important role in her life. Prior to the pandemic, her routine included cardio, strength training, and yoga, but she was introduced to Pilates during the shutdown and was hooked. The practice helped her connect with deeper muscle groups and build strength from the inside out.
Now a Pilates instructor, Kathryn brings high energy, positivity, and a killer playlist to every class. Her goal is to help you challenge yourself on the mat while having fun, both in and out of the studio.

Jillian's movement journey began as a competitive dancer before discovering yoga and Yoga Sculpt in 2021 as a way to destress during college. She quickly fell in love with the practice for its ability to build both strength and mental clarity.
In 2025, she completed her Yoga Sculpt training through CorePower Yoga and began her teaching journey. Jillian brings an upbeat and motivating energy to every class, helping students feel stronger and empowered both on and off the mat.
